By using PageMarket you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy or sell a page.

What PageMarket is

PageMarket is a marketplace where people list and buy social media pages. We hold the buyer's money in escrow until the buyer confirms they received the page, then we pay the seller. We are not the owner of listed pages and we are not connected to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Selling

• You may list only a page you own and have the right to transfer.
• Follower counts, screenshots and descriptions must be true. Do not list hacked, stolen or impersonating pages.
• We may review, refuse or remove any listing.
• Our fee is shown before you list or are paid. It is taken from the sale when a sale completes.

Buying

• You pay through PageMarket. Do not pay the seller outside the site, because we cannot protect payments made elsewhere.
• After the seller hands over the page, check it and confirm. Once you confirm, we release the payment to the seller.
• If something is wrong, open a dispute before you confirm.

Disputes

If a buyer and seller disagree, we review the evidence both sides give and decide whether to pay the seller or refund the buyer. Our decision is final on the funds we hold.

Platform rules

Social media companies have their own rules about transferring pages. Buyers and sellers are responsible for following those rules. PageMarket does not promise that a page can be transferred or that its followers will stay.

Not allowed

Fraud, fake listings, harassment, trying to get around escrow, or using the site to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do this.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by a listing, a buyer or a seller, beyond the funds we hold for the order in question.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
