Privacy policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data PageMarket collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We never see your Google password.
- Listing details: the page name, link, niche, follower count, price, description and the screenshots you upload. Listings and screenshots are visible to other visitors once approved, so hide personal details before you upload.
- Order details: what you bought or sold, order status and payment references.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as your IP address and device type, and a sign-in session stored in your browser.
How we use it
- To create your account, confirm your email and keep you signed in.
- To review listings, hold payments in escrow, release payouts and resolve disputes.
- To send emails about your account and orders, such as confirmation and password reset links.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal duties.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who helps us run PageMarket
We share data only with services needed to run the site: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in Ireland), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending emails), Google (optional sign-in) and Paystack (card and mobile money payments and payouts). Paystack handles your payment details. We do not store card numbers or mobile money PINs.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. Order and payment records may be kept longer where the law or fraud prevention requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing us. We follow Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and you may also complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
Age
PageMarket is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
